The Great Synagogue is the most beautiful Synagogue in Australia and one of the finest in the world. This is where Kate’s parents were married and this is where Kate and Eli married.

Kate’s family home was the venue for the reception. When the bridal party and Bec & I arrived, we were greeted by about 270 guests ready to have a great night. The dancing and laughter threatened to lift the massive Bedouin style tent that covered the family backyard. The men’s dancing circle was wisely moved off the covered pool deck to solid (and safer) ground.

Everyone was involved in the night, the fun, the feast and the speeches, so intimate was the family backyard setting.
